Busan One Asia Festival - 부산 원아시아페스티벌
So we were so Incredibly lucky to be given the opportunity to attend the Busan One Asia festival held annually in Busan Asiad Stadium. Inje University handed the tickets to all International students and it was a brilliant chance to spend more time with friends and to experience K-pop in its home country. The turnout for the event was overwhelming and the event did not hold back on any expenses in terms of production value, there were fireworks and fire cannons throughout the performances and all K-pop acts made sure they were attentive to all angles of the audience as it was a circular stage.
To get to the stadium from Inje university we had to take the bus number 2-1 or 2 to Inje University station 인제대역 Then from there we took the Gimhae light railway to Daejo 대저역 from there we transferred onto line 3 and took the train to Sports Complex station 종합운동장역 and followed the signs to exit 9.

The stadium was absolutely packed with people from all over the world. It was a very windy and cold day but no-one seemed to care as the energy was amazing inside the stadium and everyone was really enjoying the performances. My favourite performances were NCT127, Wanna One and iKon, also performing were BAP, Blackpink, Astro, Momoland, Apink, Got7, SF9, Nu'est W and Sechskies made a comeback performance that had the whole stadium going crazy for. The most popular acts were Blackpink and Wanna One who have gained great international followings and have catchy songs that everyone has heard in a local cafe or bar in and around Korea and overseas.
I want to thank Inje University for giving all the international students this oppertunity to create a great memory and spend time together it was a really enjoyable experience and I highly recommend if you visit Korea next year you check out BOF: http://bof.or.kr/eng/main/
